Terms of Service

GENERAL~ Payments are to be made via UPI transaction (GPay, Paytm, etc)~ Commission requests will NOT be accepted on a 'first-come first-serve' basis.
They will be accepted on:
>> Artist's availability to work on the commission within the assigned deadlines.
>> The commission's alignment to the artist's style/body of work.~ Finished artworks will be shared on the artist's social media and work portfolio, unless stated otherwise by the client.~ Commissioned artworks are strictly NOT to be used by the client for the following:
>> NFT/Crypto/digital currency trading.
>> Training artificial intelligence/similar technology.
>> Redistributed by the client in any form without prior permission from/crediting the artist.
>> Used by the client in any manner that defames/causes harm to any party involved.If a client violates the above stated terms, appropriate action will be taken against them, including being blacklisted from future commissions and legal action should the situation call for it.___TYPE OF WORKAvailable:

~ NSFW___PAYMENTS~ Once the commission price has been settled, an advance payment of 30% of the total fees has to paid upfront, with the remaining 70% paid on completion of the flat colours.~ Additional charges incurred during the commission process (revisions, adding more details/elements/characters) will be added to the total commission, and this balance will have to be paid by the client before final delivery of the artwork.___REVISIONS~ Revisions and relevant pricings will be different for each commission. Please read the commission details for specified info regarding the same.___DEADLINES AND DELIVERY~ The client will be notified when work on their commission has begun. The duration for each commissioned work will vary based on the type of commission and complexity.~ Once any pending payments have been cleared, the final deliverables will be send to the client via the client's shared email.___USE~ All commissioned artworks are only permitted for the client's personal use, unless the client has opted for and covered the required fees for the artwork's commercial use (for commercial inquiries, please email [email protected]).~ Commercial use includes:
>> Png models, banners, stream assets, artworks, etc for Twitch, Youtube or any other commercial streaming platform.
>> Artwork commission for merchandise to be sold by the client for profit.
>> Artwork used by the client for profit.~ Commercial fees will vary depending on the artwork's intended use.___INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS~ The artist retains the Intellectual Property Rights to the created artworks. Any character (or anything of similar value) not belonging to the artist retains the IPR of its respective owner(s).___REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS~ Once the payment has been made, clients are encouraged to NOT cancel the commission.
>> !Please think carefully before placing any commission request! <<~ If the artist is unable to complete a commission for whatever reason, a full refund of any payments made will be issued to the client.~ Minors wishing to place a commission are requested to have the permission of a trusted parent/guardian to avoid any further complications.___COMMUNICATIONYou can reach out to me via:Instagram: @intricats_art

PRICEStarting at ₹1400/-
+ 50% for an additional character
+ 30% for a simple background
___WHAT YOU GET~ A jpeg/png/flat psd (on request) file of your completed commission.
~ Non-commercial rights (personal use only).___DETAILS~ Detailed chibi illustration of a character of your choice.
~ Single/multiple character(s) (without background) per commission. Background can be added on a chargeable basis.
~ Client can specify the character's pose/action.
~ During the process the artwork will be shared twice, once after the sketch and once after flat colours, for the client's approval.
~ Any major revisions (pose, colour scheme, larger design elements) should be made before the approval of flat base colours and will be covered under the two free revisions provided.
~ Additional revisions will be chargeable (+ ₹500 per revision)Once the final design has been approved, the deliverables will be sent to the client via email once any pending payments have been cleared.___IMPORTANT~ Prices shared are base prices only. Additional charges may be incurred depending on complexity of character(s)/background
~ Please read the entire Terms of Service before placing a commission
~ Average turnaround is 2-4 weeks from start of commission.
